A new town centre has been created to the north of the Glonn, which complements the existing central areas to form a meaningful whole. The opening and expansion of the river leads to a quality of stay and use in the core area of the community. At the same time, the relocation of the main branch of the Glonn to the south brings it closer to Münchner Straße and thus brings it back into the public consciousness.
