The special feature of the complex is the height difference of over 8m between the street-side access road and the building entrances. For this purpose, the terrain was terraced with retaining walls in exposed concrete and functionally structured.
The differentiated levels adapt in size and material to the intended function and mediate in terms of design between the existing structure and the new structure.
