Planning of outdoor facilities for a 7-storey office building with representative inner courtyards, a continuous main gallery and high-quality roof gardens with intensive and extensive green roofs. Connection to the rough grassland concept of the city of Munich. Adaptation of the public street space by relocating the bus stop. Integrated kindergarten with outdoor facilities. The majority of the outdoor facilities is underbuilt with underground parking.
LEED certification in gold for building outdoor facilities.
