On a conversion area, living space is to be created that is specifically aimed at the 50-plus generation. The concept develops from existing structures, in that
for example, the development is derived from the existing roads and paths or the development reacts to the surrounding landscape structures. A careful embedding of detached wooden bungalows in the landscape and in the topography takes place.
