The design of the representative main entrance to the university, which was designed with a fountain with an integrated reed biotope and a spacious square, was at the heart of the planning for the third section. In addition to the existing refectory, a further lounge area has been created for students. The roof areas of the library building have been intensively greened and can be used as roof terraces by the students. The underbuilt areas in the inner courtyard have also been planted and form a harmonious contrast to the interior of the library building.

A building for the inclusion course has been constructed in the southern area of the campus. In the surrounding area, a square has been designed as a recreation area with table tennis tables, which also provides an opportunity for sporting activities for staff and students. A large parking area has been created near the main access road to keep car traffic away from the campus area. The campus has barrier-free access and takes all road users equally into account. Bicycle parking spaces at each building and on the edges of the paths and roads encourage the use of bicycles on campus. The rainwater that accumulates is drained away locally.
