The concept for the open spaces makes the diversity of the three courtyards visible through a variance in the implementation of the design theme. Smaller and larger "clods" are arranged on the defined square areas, which are set in relation to each other in such a way that a differentiated spatial formation is created, which lives from the alternation between narrowness and expanse and which are occupied with different cross-generational play and stay themes. A loose arrangement of native trees creates the image of a grove of trees, the formulation of which is based on the design specifications of the parking areas in the neighbourhood.
