RISA Hamburg Rain infrastructure adjustment

Hamburg's water management faces major challenges to ensure protection against flooding even in times of climate change. An increase in the amount of precipitation in the winter half-year is forecast, and precipitation will also occur more frequently as heavy rain in conjunction with storms and thunderstorms. At the same time, the trend towards the sealing of surfaces in Hamburg continues.
