A small former factory in a central city location - today a loft-like apartment with special living qualities in combination with its house garden.

The courtyard area as a multifunctional space: private garden, parking lot, playground and recreation area in one.
Staggered room dividers, transparent but increasingly dense, subdivide the elongated outdoor space while maintaining its size effect, create garden niches. At the same time they tie in their form to the former industrial use and are also pergola and basic framework for sun sails.
Corten - steel edgings, gabions and old basalt paving - industrial materiality in a new context give the residential courtyard its very special charm and let it become an oasis in the city bustle.
