Redevelopment of Ortsparksee Unterhaching Local development planning - object planning

In the Unterhaching local development plan, the analysis of the green and landscape structures by Büro Reitsam revealed that although the municipality has sufficient green spaces, many of them are about 30 years old and need to be modernized.
A central green space at the town hall is the Ortsparksee, which was built in the 1980s.
The lake is a meeting place and recreational focal point near a senior citizens' residential home. Due to the over-fertilization of the lake by waterfowl, an attempt was made during the renovation of the lake to raise the water quality via a fountain and appropriate planting of the artificial shallow water zones.
The footbridges were renewed and new, senior-friendly wooden benches with arm and back rests were installed.
