In the sense of sustainable land use planning, particularly under the aspect of the integration and use of future-oriented renewable energies, investigations and proposals for potential sites for wind power and photovoltaic plants are also carried out in the course of processing by NRT, with the aim of designating corresponding areas already at the level of land use planning. In this way, the municipality can control the development of such sites at an early stage and immediately identify suitable locations for potential investors.
