The property and house are located in an established residential area, characteristic is the slope.
Privacy, protection from views are other important cornerstones of the required redesign of this private garden.
Inspired by many of his travels to Asia, the client sought the peace and serenity of Asian landscapes and designs. The image of rice terraces does not let him go.
The terracing of the plot and the framing with anthracite-colored angle support elements 'ducks' the garden into the terrain, creates the character of an inner courtyard with limited visibility.
The clear lines of the design, the discreet play with the topography even outside the slope terracing and the limitation to a few different, simple materials continue to contribute to the desired tranquility of the site.
For the planting of the terracing, a flat, ground-covering bamboo planting, low type is selected.
The other planting areas are dominated by a grass perennial planting with color dominance in white and blue.
