Arena at the Salz, Bad Soden-Salmünster

In the course of the Regional Park project "Brunnenweg" in Bad Soden-Salmünster, an arena is to be created in the area at Badestraße along the Salz River by means of stepped seating areas opposite each other on the banks. The arena serves the revaluation of the entire Brunnenweg by creating a new quality of stay at the water as well as an interesting use for cultural purposes.

In the style of an amphitheater built directly on the river, the arena at the Salz is a place of meeting, information and keeping inside with the reference to the water as a habitat and as a source of healing. At the same time, the arena with its stepping stones in the course of the river Salz is the link between the historic spa district and the modern spa area with the well-known Spessart Therme.
