The new dormitory for students near the campus sets accents: The architecture and surrounding area were designed to be bright, open and demand-oriented. The desired sustainability was achieved through decentralized infiltration of surface water, reduced sealing of paved areas, as well as attractive and low-maintenance planting throughout the year.
