The linking of the new and old cemetery was developed at two points from the existing topography. In the extension of the main axis of the existing cemetery, a wedge-shaped free meadow area tapers off as the central cemetery aisle of the new part. The end point is accentuated with a bird cherry tree grove. From here the view falls to the south over the high cross, the new function building and the parish yard up to the parish church in the local centre.

The terraced modelling is adapted to the terrain. As an interim use of the second construction phase, a generous vineyard was planted - the future Mass wine grows in the village.

With the complete infiltration of rainwater on the site, an important building block of the Local Agenda 21 could be implemented.

Despite the very short planning and construction time, the new cemetery with the cheerful-friendly touch is located as a matter of course on the outskirts of the village.
