A park is being created around the company headquarters - nature and culture as partners of the economy:

An essential design element of the open space concept is water. Renaturalized ditches, a pond with an island and several ponds show the high aesthetic and ecological value of naturally designed water areas.

The viewing hill provides a panoramic view from the clay storage area, the ford in the pond and the sculpture meadow with the chapel framed by lime trees, to the wooden deck on the waterfront and the finished brick products.

Vatersdorf is located twenty minutes by car from Landshut in the middle of the cultural landscape of the Lower Bavarian hill country. Every visitor here immediately senses the deep-rooted tradition of the long-established Leipfinger-Bader family estate. The goal of the production branches brickyard and estate enterprise is the management in an ecologically intact culture landscape in the harmony of economics, culture and nature.

After the reorganization of the yard areas around the company headquarters a framework plan developed - released by the camp extension and the road shifting conditioned thereby. The new generous greening represents an attractive local edge with high recreational value: a publicly accessible green space with avenues, rows of trees, hedges, individual trees, meadows and near-natural succession areas. From the company building, visitors can experience and enjoy the redesigned landscape on foot along a circular path with ever new and surprising aspects.

Since 1993, 5km of new hedges, hedgerows, extensive grassland and orchards have been planted on around 10 hectares of company land in Vatersdorf. Today, a 0.6 MW biogas plant supplies the village with electricity and local heating, thus making a local contribution to the energy turnaround.
