A green corridor in the city connects the historic castle park with the renovated spa park in the east. South on a hill lies the new Salinenpark.
Along the green corridor accompanied by a stream, an attractive green corridor with children's play and seating facilities has been created and with connections to the inner-city squares and places.
In the spa park, the spa lake was renovated, modernized and attached to the spa house. Intensive design with planting areas and playgrounds gradually transitions from there to an extensive design of the spa park, which ultimately flows into a landscaped green corridor.
A newly designed underpass and a stair tower with elevator and footbridge lead across the existing railway line into the newly created Salinenpark, which takes up the basic features of a former historical park and makes salt the theme.
