The redesign of the company grounds is based on the basic idea of a natural pond in the entrance area and an apron structured parallel to the building. The entire area is characterised by curved lines that delimit gravel, lawn and paved areas in flowing forms. Planting islands are located in the individual areas.

The generous paved areas are made of polished concrete block. Drainage here is largely into the adjacent gravel and planted areas. In this way, the installation of curbs and yard drains could be avoided as far as possible. Paved and gravel areas thus merge smoothly into one another. In the bays of the paved areas, the required parking spaces were integrated between the planted islands without creating the overall impression of a parking lot. At the pond area as well as at the southern edge of the paved area there are - in each case combined with natural stone seat walls made of yellow granite - generous wooden decks, which serve as a place to stay for employees and guests.
