New construction and extension of the dolphin lagoon and new construction of a tropical house for manatees using artificial rock work, natural stone walls/coverings as well as steel-wood web constructions. Planning of the entire irrigation/drainage system, integration of the construction project into the special landscape feature of the Nuremberg Zoo (weathered sandstone walls of a former sandstone quarry), interior greening of the tropical house.
Inclusion of special animal care requirements in the planning.
