The former boulevard and later pedestrian zone between the train station and downtown has become unattractive over time. Zoning was developed to recreate the generosity.
Pre-zones in front of the buildings for business displays, bundling of the urban mobility on an illuminated band
and a visual separation of the tram from walking areas are central design ideas.
