Urban land use planning (incl. environmental report, visibility analysis and 3D visualisation); conception of 6 rainwater retention basins (total storage volume approx. 8,900 m³) as well as a flood retention basin; engineering planning (LP 1-6 HOAI) for traffic and water management measures, compensation, etc.

Supervision and consideration of numerous expert opinions, e.g. traffic expert opinion, noise investigation; design of the stormwater retention basins for a 50-year rain event, connected area approx. 17.5 ha.
