The lower house garden is reached from the ground floor level via steel stairs.
In front of the entire garden floor is a large terrace area made of Grauwacke slabs, which is divided by raised beds and a small water basin and assigned to the various rooms. A few steps lead up to the lawn, which runs parallel to the building. Hidden behind yew hedges is a pond shaded by a trumpet tree and framed by yellow and blue flowering perennials such as cranesbill, Caucasus forget-me-not and yarrow.
The sunniest part of the garden has a Mediterranean feel due to the grey chippings, the grey-leaved willow-leaved pears and perennials such as verbena, flax and magnificent candle.
