Redevelopment of Fürstenfeldbruck Mitte primary school New construction of outdoor facilities for school and day-care centre, new construction of sports areas for the double sports hall, new construction of paths, roads and squares in the surrounding area

As part of the further development and upgrading of the eastern inner city of Fürstenfeldbruck, the outdoor facilities for the primary school and a grass playing field at the sports hall, the creation of a square area in front of the sports hall, the expansion of the connecting footpaths in the neighbourhood and the new development of Theresianumweg as a traffic-calmed area will be carried out in the vicinity of the neighbourhood square created by 2010 by mid-2014.
The outdoor facilities for the completely renovated and reorganized school building with day care center and archive, include recreation areas for small children, a central break area for the school children, a large forecourt at the main entrance, a small square in front of the archive and day care center entrance and the access areas for cars, bicycles and outbuildings.
The break area is enclosed on two sides by the existing building and opens to the south and west to the adjacent public square and path areas. The characteristic high-quality tree population on the square extends into the break area and thus enables a high quality of stay through shaded areas and spatial frames already at the beginning of the school operation.
The elements of the break areas, such as play area, seating, play and climbing areas, the outdoor class formed as a theatron and the lawns and garden beds are framed and designed by a colorful mixture of different natural stone and asphalt surfaces, paving lines and edges.
