TIZIANATELIER

The construction project consists of a residential complex with three building entrances and 26 residential units, which connects to the existing development of Tizianstraße.

The open spaces of the building are located to a large extent on an underground parking deck and are designed as an intensive green roof.

For three apartments on the ground floor, the outdoor area was designed particularly individually: Large terraces, planting zones, modern seating and rest areas as well as an attractive privacy screen made of wooden elements and hedges.

The inviting inner courtyard is also designed with garden architecture in mind. Green zones, different levels, stairs and seating elements structure this area. Here the house community finds a space for leisure, relaxation and meeting.
