Due to the strong topography of the garden with a slope over three floors and the orientation of the building, the layout was subdivided into individual garden areas with different requirements and appearances. These are connected to each other with generous lawn and planting areas flowing around the house. The aim was not only to create private areas that could not be seen from the outside, but also to open up towards the city and the surrounding landscape. In keeping with the clear forms of the building, straight lines and hard edges were used in the areas close to the building, which then merge into flowing, freer forms the further away they are from the building. This development extends typologically from north to south. With the planting, a predominantly evergreen framework was created along the boundaries, which embraces the punctual flowering areas and solitary shrubs with associated effect lighting in the inner areas.
