Skate park in the multi-generation park in Cloppenburg

An in-situ concrete skate park has been built in the multi-generation park in Cloppenburg! Now skateboards, BMX bikes, scooters and inline skates can be ridden here. This creates a unique community of roller sports enthusiasts every time. The 650m² facility has been extremely popular since it opened in July 2017.

The skate park is divided into two main areas, a street area and a pool area, with both parts merging harmoniously into one another. The street area features banks, curbs, rails, ledges and stairs. In addition, some areas are built with concrete block paving to emphasize the street character. The layout of the park provides new challenges and fun for beginners and advanced skaters alike. The skate park is connected to the other paths and sports areas in two places, making it accessible for people with disabilities.
