On the southern shore of Lake Zurich, a new residential building with generous open spaces for a family of four was built on 1,500 m².
The location and topography of the plot determine the character of the garden. The sloping plot is divided into two levels and offers unique views of the lake. Staircases connect the spacious terraces, seating areas and pool area to merging spatial fields.
Natural stone and wood coverings thematically continue the materials used in the house in the outdoor space. Umbrella-shaped and free-growing pines, complemented by magnolias, red-leaved fan maple and an attractive mix of perennials, dominate the planting.
