For the new replacement building of the Bürgschaftsbank in Stuttgart, the entrance and garden area had to be adapted to the changed situation. The garden area is to be used as a recreation area for employees and, if necessary, also for customer meetings. The design supports this idea. The area consists of concrete slabs, structured with bands of granite from the interior. Small bubblers from the floor bring pleasant cooling and calming background noise. Due to the underground car park below, the planting beds are raised with steel edges. The entrance area is designed in an emphatically simple and restrained manner. Parking space, access and letterbox with the bank's logo. The existing chestnut tree, which was elaborately protected during the construction period, characterizes this area.
