380 kV line Parchim/South - Perleberg Preparation of the nature conservation approval documents and support of the planning approval procedure

The "380 kV Parchim/South - Perleberg line" is part of the overall project "Grid reinforcement Güstrow - Wolmirstedt" of 50Hertz Transmission GmbH.

The 380 kV Parchim South - Perleberg line, which is about 40 km long, runs in the federal states of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania (approx. 21 km) and Brandenburg (approx. 18 km).

The overall project "Grid reinforcement Güstrow - Wolmirstedt" is divided into the line sections Güstrow - Parchim Süd, Parchim Süd - Perleberg, Perleberg - Stendal/West as well as Stendal/West - Wolmirstedt and, as project no. 39, is already part of the Federal Demand Plan in the annex of the Federal Demand Plan Act (BBPlG).

The planning for the line section between the UW Parchim South and Perleberg provides for the 380 kV line to be newly constructed as a replacement for the already existing 220 kV line. In the course of the construction of the new 380 kV overhead line, the existing 220 kV line in this section will be dismantled. The 380 kV line is to be constructed close to the existing line, i.e. directly in or adjacent to the course of the existing 220 kV line.
