Barrier-free residential complex Rennbahnresidenz, Dresden

On a densely tree-covered property at a highly frequented street intersection, a barrier-free residential complex was built, primarily for active seniors.
For the residents' parking lot in the courtyard, the root space of the trees was built over by means of a drive-over root protection system.
In the courtyard, a walkway with two small places to stop was also created under the trees.
For the terrace apartments on the street side, we developed a modular enclosure specially designed for the architecture of the residential complex with the dual function of privacy and noise protection. The walls are planted from the inside with climbing shrubs, which will overhang in the medium term in the outdoor area and green the object.
