Green classroom at the Max-Eyth-See

Conversion of a desolate former barbecue area into a "classroom by the lake". The area with a covered bar and new seating is also a popular meeting and play point outside of "school hours". New pathways integrate the area into the existing park landscape at Lake Max Eyth.

"Was machen macht was"- a motto of the Sonntag Foundation that we particularly like and so we made something: a plan for the classroom by the lake. For us, as Stuttgart landscape architects, it was a delightful task and as citizens of the city, we were happy to get involved in the project.

The "Classroom by the Lake" teaches school classes / groups interesting facts about water. Supervision equipment by appointment; the offer is free of charge.
