Sports hall with multi-purpose character Neufahrn in Nb.

The sports hall with multi-purpose character is connected to the State Secondary School via a connecting corridor.
The sports hall was built on an inner-city open space, which drops in height by several meters from the northeast to
southwest.
The open space concept divides the outdoor area into three areas of use:
The largely car-free main access with activity areas, the adjacent parking lot and, as a
third area, the service yard with delivery to the stage and to the serving counter including
parking facilities for cultural workers.
The three areas of use are interconnected.
The green space concept includes low-maintenance seeding areas and self-sustaining mixed perennial plantings.

At the same time, a joint rainwater retention basin is being created by means of a planning extension for the
area of the sports hall and the area being created next to it with age-appropriate living and
social care centre.
The rainwater retention basin with retention pond also serves as a local recreation area for the
residents of the age-appropriate living and walkers. The open spaces of this
planning extension of the age-appropriate living are currently under construction.
