New building day care centre Hohentengen Outdoor facilities

The Hohentengen day care centre was built on the former parish meadow, which was enclosed by a listed parish wall. The parish wall was taken up as an element in the design of the outdoor facilities. For example, in combination with fence elements, various zones were created.
In the south, an area was created in which the children's own creativity and initiative is required (raised vegetable beds, paved and lawn areas to play on, etc.).
For the play areas, individual playground equipment was developed in a color coordinated with the building.
Trunk trees were planted and awnings installed to provide shade.
Despite the shortage of space, the zoning and clever arrangement of the play equipment made it possible to create a variety of play and development spaces tailored to the needs of the children.
