Mice playground Grannsee

The playground is the result of the playground development concept of the city of Gransee and part of a total of three playgrounds in the residential area Straße des Friedens (ant, snail and mouse playground).

The versatile play facilities include trampolines, various slides, swings and two spring seesaws as a 'see-saw', a natural water play area, various sand play areas and a revised climbing spider from the previous facility. All play facilities follow the theme of mice and are robust and simple. The playground is available to children from the adjacent daycare center, the neighboring elementary school, as well as the children of the neighborhood and visitors.
In connection with the construction of the playground, the Street of Peace was reclaimed in sections and a pedestrian and bicycle path was created to increase safety for the children. Large yellow play circles mark the entrance to the playground on the pavement.
