The Ritter Rudis Burgenland play area will be divided into several play areas connected by a crossroads to form a coherent play landscape. This will create areas for different age groups.
The central play area is planned as a large grassy hill with a height of approx. 1.5 m, themed as a dragon hill. This area will be designed primarily for older children to play in. Various climbing options in the form of nets and ropes will make the hill accessible, on which a dragon's nest made of robinia wood will be positioned. A slide can be used to get down the hill.
3 concrete climbing rocks are being built next to the existing football pitch. This is where Ritter Rudi's quarry is located. Next to it is the magic forest under existing oak trees with a hammock and stilt course
The "Knight's Castle" play area is designed for younger children. The area is designed as a sand play area. A water pump on the adjacent concrete hill turns the play area into a water playground on one side, inviting the children to splash around in the sand. A ground trampoline completes the play area. This is embedded in an area made of plastic fall protection material.
The play and sports facilities are complemented by a motor skills and fitness trail for adults and young people. There will also be a table tennis table.
Benches with and without backrests will provide seating throughout the playground. There is also a large wooden platform under the existing trees.
