The inner courtyard presents itself as a predominantly green, versatile recreational area for the student residents. The main access areas are paved with large-format slabs, while the areas to be paved for the fire department are covered with open grass paving.

The playground area with sand area and play equipment is equipped in such a way that it can also be used as a recreational area for adult residents.



There are no private outdoor areas, all areas are for communal use.

Raised beds have been created adjacent to the two ramps at the rear of the front building. Concrete seating walls border the beds facing the inner courtyard to the south-west and offer extensive seating options. Further seating and recreational areas are created by sculptural concrete elements, which can be found at various points in the inner courtyard. A sand play area is located between the two buildings next to the raised bed. Play equipment includes a large swing and a play area for climbing and balancing.
