The outdoor facilities are divided into the access area to the north of the buildings and the park-like garden zone to the rear. Pergolas connect the buildings and minimize the required spacing.
The northern area accommodates the access functions such as building entrances, car access and fire department access. At the same time, the area serves as a meeting point, representative entrance to the buildings, play and exercise area. The area is planted with greenery to reduce the proportion of paved areas. Some of the necessary tree replacements will be planted along Ursulastrasse.
To compensate for the difference in height between the buildings and Ursulastrasse, steps and low walls are planned in some areas - barrier-free access to the buildings is guaranteed via the two car access roads.
Pergolas are planned between the buildings to accommodate a total of 12 car parking spaces and all bicycle parking spaces in the outdoor area. To the south of the pergolas is the garden zone with a seating area, children's playground and communal garden, which is primarily for the use of tenants. The central soakaway for rainwater from the roofs is also located there. The ground floor apartments will have terraces with small garden zones screened by hedges.
The existing children's playground to the south of the nursery garden is to be extensively upgraded and expanded.
