The heart of the new residential quarter is the green Anger in the middle. The existing buildings as well as the new residential buildings are connected to the Anger via a meeting zone for all road users.
The internal circulation consists of three main connecting axes on the one hand and a transverse axis on the other, which connects the recreation and movement areas as a "pearl path".
Parking spaces for bicycles are arranged at the building entrances and along the neighborhood street with canopies. The parking spaces for cars have been grouped together in the northern area and positioned along the edge of the green bank in the same way as the above-ground waste facilities.
The existing trees will be preserved as far as possible and used to provide green quality and shade. Replacement plantings are thematically assigned to different areas. In some areas near the buildings, high-maintenance shrub and herbaceous plantings with individual large shrubs will be planted, while the tenants' gardens will be bordered with deciduous hedges. The remaining areas will be seeded with grass.
The play area along Perlenweg offers different areas with exercise options for all age groups. Communication points and recreational areas are also designed for use by all age groups. The communal garden with raised beds rounds off the offer.
The decentralized drainage works via infiltration troughs, which are planned as recessed lawns or perennial beds.
