For a possible roof use, the potential use scenarios of technology, history, nature and people were first examined and finally evaluated with regard to the measures to be taken for implementation, the possible target groups and user numbers and the degree of use of the roof.
The possibility of combining these uses was examined in five implementation strategies and a mission statement was developed, which is to serve as a guide for the further measures. Possibilities of citizen participation, necessary steps for the basic redevelopment and additional measures for the achievement of the guiding goals are named and underpinned with deadline targets, implementation steps and costs.
The focus of hochC's work was on the investigation of suitable variants for green roof design in intensive and extensive form as well as on the design of a roof terrace. Furthermore, an innovative rainwater concept was part of the study.
