The garden was designed using the historical substance of an old villa garden on Wannsee and staged with a modern design language.

Public and intimate garden areas extend the rooms of the villa as green outdoor spaces: The prestigious forecourt with sculpturally cut box hedges and tropical house is connected to lower terraces by generous steps made of shell limestone. Areas of the slope characterized by wild rose and grasses merge into a generous birch grove on the shore. The boathouse on the bank and the tea pavilion form an eye-catching feature on the waterfront. Walls as well as paving and slabs made of shell limestone reinforce the look of a high-quality garden.
