Renovation and extension of an existing residential building



In Hanauer Strasse, the outdoor facilities for residents and their needs were also redesigned as part of a refurbishment and extension of the residential building. The development of the site was also redesigned



The apartments on the first floor have each been given private gardens, which are separated from the communal areas by beech hedges and attractive shrub planting. A selection of predominantly blue-flowering perennials line the house.



The communal green areas create a generous open space and invite people to linger. The seating wall positioned at the main entrance attracts particular attention.



Modern play equipment and a simple playable surface, which harmonize in colour with the new façade, create a special added value for the many families.



The carports and the waste enclosures also blend in with the overall appearance of the new facility in terms of their materials.
