Not far from the Öjendorfer See lake in the east of Hamburg, the new Haferblöcken residential area is being built. As an extension of the adjacent Öjendorfer Park, Hunck Lorenz created a new green corridor with diverse play and sports areas in the course of the construction project. The Grüne Mitte is not "just a playground" but also functions as a meeting place with a quality of stay for all residents of the district, whether newly arrived or long-established, young or old.
