The first construction phase of the new Metzmacherstrasse Comprehensive School was already handed over to the students in 2016. After further renovation measures on the existing building stock and new science buildings supplementing the old building stock, the 2nd playground has now been completed and released for use.
The second playground serves the secondary level as a schoolyard area with an expanded range of games. Here, too, the beautiful plane trees were preserved and placed at the center of the new design concept with different play and rest areas.
