The open spaces live from the tension between a multifaceted play landscape, generous lawns and quiet, shady retreats. The individual areas are connected to each other via circular paths.
Huge grasses are the leitmotif of the renovated Rosa Luxemburg School. As wall painting they structure and structure the facades of the school buildings. In the schoolyard, the grasses become three-dimensional play elements on which people can climb, gymnastics and shimmy along. Between the sculptural blades of grass is a movement landscape of play mounds made of soft plastic flooring. They can be used for running and romping, they invite a variety of uses and promote movement and motor skills. To the southwest of the sports hall is a small playing field and a 50 m running track with integrated long jump facility.
Shrub and grass beds frame the entrance areas and the refectory annex and provide a varied, lively vegetation picture.
