The new building, placed in the middle of the site, stands on a circumferential, homogeneously paved "carpet", which allows circumferential external access to the ground floor zone. The spacious forecourt at the main entrance is a place to arrive and spend time and at the same time the end point of the new open space axis.
Various uses are arranged around the building, such as urban gardening, a yoga meadow, children's playground, workshop zone, nature experience area and amphitheater/green classroom. Overall, 80% of the existing trees can be preserved thanks to the clever arrangement of uses.
All paths and squares will be barrier-free, easy to walk and roll on and without steps. Various seating options such as benches and seating islands will be provided throughout the site so that there are numerous individual niches to spend time in.
Rainwater from the paths seeps into the neighboring green spaces.
