HPA Architecture in collaboration with the landscape architecture firm Axel Schütze is awarded 1st prize for the competition entry "New construction of 120 residential units with services and commerce on the former site of the US settlement Askren Manor in Schweinfurt".
Construction work began in autumn 2019 and all four construction phases are scheduled for completion by 2023.
