The design is based on the thesis that the most qualitative residential areas of the European city are the classic inner city quarters and suburbs. Although the individual houses stand alone and have a strong individual character, they form and shape the street space. They have elegant proportions and decorate the street space with their design. These quarters allow for green living while maintaining a high urban quality. The streets in the quarters are residential streets with parking spaces assigned to each property. Trees in the residential streets are planted with gold gledite trees. Through their alley-like arrangement, the stationary traffic can be sensibly integrated. A front garden hedge and the plinth offset shield the garden areas from the semi-public residential streets throughout. These private garden zones have a robust and high-quality basic design, but also offer the residents individual scope for furnishing. In the inner courtyards there are garden areas that can be used communally, into which small children's playgrounds and recreation areas, for example, are integrated.
