The residential complex from the 1960s is located south of the Schöneberg highway junction. As part of the building refurbishment, the outdoor facilities were also revised and adapted to today's needs and regulations. This included upgrading the building entrances, providing bicycle parking spaces, enlarging the garbage bin areas, adapting the fire department parking spaces, renewing the playgrounds and extensive new planting of regional shrub mixes.
