The above-mentioned estate has been renovated in recent years. At the beginning of 2019, a 2-metre-wide strip was cut back for façade work; the remaining planted areas were not cut back. Waste bins were also created. Following previous clearing work, the planting areas were to be completely replanted in spring 2020. The planting concept included a mixture of roses, perennials, grasses and specimen shrubs. The already renovated waste disposal areas were planted with climbing plants. Bicycle parking spaces with grass joint paving, steel band edging and bicycle racks made of rectangular tubes or flat steel were created close to each entrance. A granite split eaves with wooden edging was created under the balconies. The stairs and ramps at one entrance (House 19 - south area) were also renovated.
