Beelitz is known nationwide as a town of asparagus and wants to strengthen its reputation as a region of pleasure and a festival town with the State Garden Show. The Beelitz 2022 State Garden Show therefore has the motto "Garden festival for all the senses". This theme runs as a common thread through the flower shows and the program of events: Beelitz and the region invite you to celebrate, enjoy and feast for an entire summer.
For Beelitz, the garden show is a unique opportunity to improve the town's infrastructure, to redesign or further develop green spaces and to modernize buildings.
The 15-hectare core area of the garden show extends across the meadows south of the old town down to the Nieplitz.
