Adjacent to the new Rebstock district, a park was created whose basic structure is based on a multi-dimensionally folded grid. This network of different folds originates from the urban design of the architect Peter Eisenman. Through different design elements such as ridges and valleys, sloping surfaces as well as open and closed zones, the folding lines can be experienced by the visitor. A "dry canal" borders the lawns to the closed folding zone consisting of densely planted trees of different species appropriate to the location. Rows of columnar trees divide the park into even sections and open up new visual relationships through their backdrop-like effect. An avenue of tulip trees opens up the park in the north. The playgrounds on the northern edge of the park were integrated into the overall landscape design. A planting and maintenance concept was developed in cooperation with the Parks Department of the City of Frankfurt, which can be sustained despite reduced maintenance budgets.
